Eve & Green | Glamorous Engagement Photos in Portland, OR

When Eve and Green saw the photos from Amanda & Chase’s Paris elopement, they knew they wanted a similar shoot, but with a twist. Instead of being in love with Paris, it was our awesome city of Portland, OR they wanted to represent in their engagement photos. This meant a fun filled day of hopping from one quintessential Portland scene to the next while cramming in as many bridges as humanly possible. This is Bridgetown, afterall!

We started off in Eve and Green’s downtown neighborhood, then wandered around the industrial Southeast where the slowest train on the face of the planet took a good 15 minute chunk of time out of our day. It was adorable to see Green — a film enthusiast — snapping photos of Eve in her beautiful, custom tailored wedding dress, though. Finally, we hit up some greenery at Hoyt Arboretum before ending the day in Cathedral Park. Everyone was exhausted to say the least, but I couldn’t imagine a Portland themed engagement session any other way.

Eve and Green will be tying the knot in Bangkok, Thailand this summer and plan to use their engagement photos as 6-foot tall backdrops for their venue. Am I honored to be the one they chose to shoot their engagement photos? To say ‘yes’ would be an understatement.
