A Week in Paris

So far I’ve only visited Costa Rica, Thailand and Laos — and Chris went to Africa long before we started dating — so it goes without saying that Paris was a completely different experience than we were used to. I felt a bit silly when I realized we were spending a needless amount of money on bottled water. Even sillier when I actually Googled “is it safe to drink tap water in Paris.” For the record, yes, it is, and apparently the water is so clean some people even bathe in it. ;)

I mostly shot Polaroids of our adventures in Paris so I could reserve my energy for our romp through Versailles with Amanda and Chase, but Chris and I pulled out our dSLRs for a few special occasions. We met up with my long time internet friend, Philippe, and our close friends Miller Carr & The Shalants just happened to be in Paris playing a house show near our hotel.

It was an amazing week, to say the least.
